The Storehouse

The Storehouse is an outreach and ministry effort by Christ’s Church to help the homeless and those in need in the church, the neighborhood and throughout the Dayton area.

Tips for contributing

If there’s a sale, buy! We will be collecting all items all year. The monthly emphasis is to make sure we cover all items in the course of a year, but never hesitate to contribute any item as the Lord leads you.

Look at expiration dates on toiletries, etc. Buy things that won’t expire until well into 2011.

Consider buying travel sizes of toiletries; save complementary hotel items to contribute.

Bigger sizes are more in demand. Consider plus sizes for women and up to 4X for men.
